hey dave (and serge) would you be willing to change the license of town to
be Apache/BSD style instead of LGPL? the reason why i would like to do
this is because if we are ever going to get it into other projects (ie:
java.apache.org or in the near future, jakarta.apache.org (java.apache.org
projects will eventually be migrated to jakarta.apache.org)...)...then we
will need to be under and Apache/BSD style license...
