pdksh's origin goes all the way back to Digital research's MP/M, the
multi-user version of CP/M 3.0 and that goes back to the mid-1970's. But
pdksh only goes back to the early 1980's when CP/M was being overtaken
by other operating systems and MP/M had a push with the help of others
to 'deal with the intruders' with the help of others like David Korn. It
didn't work unfortunately!
