Sigh, I have local netcat changes I need to merge this with, although the most intrusive part of that is cleaning it up to use XVFORK() so it doesn't have that weird liveness analysis workaround ala http://lists.landley.net/pipermail/toybox-landley.net/2016-December/008796.html which _might_ still be a musl bug with vfork not annotated attribute(returns_twice)...
