--exclude takes in a file containing exclusions
  
  $ mkdir -p skip/dir
  $ chmod 000 skip/dir
  $ ./toybox tar --exclude <(echo skip) -cf test.tar skip
  tar: skip/dir: Permission denied
  $ echo $?
  1
