[Toybox] toybox 0.8.12 is out.

There are some hiccups, such as the ASAN crypt() bug on debian or 
needing to replace "bash" with "/bin/bash" in mkroot/testroot.sh until I 
get around to fixing up toysh to run the tests right...

But I did the thing again. Lemme know if I screwed up anything obvious.
