Its more like the fx-16 has a front bar. I've never come across a single cam equiped with one.  The geometry is the same and all the parts will swap over, though don't count on all the mounting holes haveing threads.  I don't have any of the specs handy.  The rear springs and struts look the same and I believe that they are the same parts.  The fronts are diferent, more like the parts on an ae92.  I don't know the rates of either the single or the twin cam's struts and springs.  I wouldn't be surprised if the fx-16 was a little stiffer, but thats just my speculation.

The FX-16 has a rear bar, bigger front bar, strut tower bars in the front and under carriage suspension braces in front. Also has higher rate struts and springs.
