It's too small and doesn't explain what the hell it is. Hide this in a tab; or otherwise make it go away until I ask for it. The 'new' and 'delete' buttons are confusing. New turn? new order? How can I delete an order that doesn't yet exist? I finally tinker around, and there's a tiny dropdown with the fleet operations. I have to select a fleet to get the options in the dropdown; and then i have to type in where I want them to move to.
