Summary: Inserting Orders really sucks
Initial Comment:
The process to insert an order sucks. It needs to be improved (may I suggest a
TODO for TP04).

the read only parts will now be populated with stuff
ie
The possible selections, A list of:
* a UInt32, read only, id of what can be selected
* a String, read only, String Name of can be selected
* a UInt32, read only, Maximum number of can to be selected

actually 3 round trips
Insert Order -> Okay
Get Order -> Order
Remove Order -> Okay
Insert Order -> Okay
you can pipline the first 2 and the second 2
that is more sucky then I remeber :/
