Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: protocol Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: nash (nash) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: No way of discovering homeworld Initial Comment: You should be able to discover you homeworld automatically. (Aside from implicit methods). There should be some sort of attribute or resource on the planet to indicate it. This may need to be defined per protocol, but it needs to be a standard method. tpserver-cpp apparently does it using a resource, but it is undocumented, and not protocol or ruleset defined. Maybe this should just be standardised for the two rulesets. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=723099&aid=1669608&group_id=132078 _______________________________________________ tp-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://mail.thousandparsec.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tp-bugs
