Select a planet 2. Add a new order to build a fleet 3. Add spaceships to fleet 4. Enter a name that includes some of the specific local Slovenian characters (like šđžćč ŠĐŽĆČ) 5. Save the buld fleet order Result: The order gets added to the orders queue, but the turns remaining column remains at 0. If you select another object and then return the new build fleet order is gone. If you add an order with only ASCII characters, save it and then try to edit the name of the fleet and use the Slovenian characters the new name doesn't get saved.
