Note that current darcs version (and therefore the next released version) of 
tpserver-cpp now depends on this updated version.  The configure script 
should check for the correct version.

If you build from darcs, you may need to run autogen.sh and configure again. 
You may also need to run ldconfig as root after installing the library.
