I think I'll push the generated TP04 files then. And when demo1 runs
TP04-enabled server, I'll port Starmaper to TP04 :)

One thing is that most of the recent work is still on "experimental" branch
which was supposed to see how the object/order parameters implementation
turns out. There were some discussions with Mithro about the way it was done
but no final decision was made... The "summary" of changes can be seen in
protocol.dtd on experimental and experimental-xml branches of documents
(declaration of useparameters and related elements). The decision is between
regexp-based[1] description and xml-based[2] (I implemented only the former).
I'd like to merge one of these branches because Starmapper's TP support is
based on experimental branch...
