Well, I'm pedantic and I wanted to cover all cases ;) It's a useful
possibility which might (just might) be used somewhere in the future... It's
not that big or complex, anyway.

The only thing I can think of is to make "typeframe" element mandatory, not
optional. The structure below it for indirect case only and the direct case
does not need anything special.
