This sounds like a great way to get to hell. Multiple ways of doing the
same thing generally lead to chaos. And of course it leads to fun
things like clients (supporting SSL) that can't talk SSL to servers
using SSL because one requires SSL on the port, the other uses only
filters.
Either way is fine to me... but only one...
