Hey all, I'm Aaron Mavrinac, graduate student in electrical engineering at the University of Windsor (Canada).
I spent a lot of my younger days playing Stars! and other 4X and turn-based games, so I'm really excited to get involved and be part of what will hopefully be a big push forward for the project this summer. I'll be working on a remote configuration protocol for tpserver-cpp, with the intention of daemonizing the server, and then moving on to adding functionality to the client side (starting with tpclient-pywx) to configure the server, along with some AI clients, to set up a single-player game. My mentor for the project is Jure Repinc (JLP). Looking forward to working with all of you, learning the ins and outs of distributed development, contributing to free software, and hacking the summer away. :) -- Aaron Mavrinac www.mavrinac.com PGP Public Key: http://www.mavrinac.com/pgp.asc _______________________________________________ tp-devel mailing list [email protected] http://www.thousandparsec.net/tp/mailman.php/listinfo/tp-devel
