Yes, it still supports TP03.

First, do "make uninstall" in your tpserver-cpp directory where you did "make 
install" in. 

Then go into $prefix (normally /usr/local). Under each of "lib", "share" 
and "include", remove the tpserver-cpp directory, if it exists.

That should be enough to totally clear it.

RFTS was not in 0.4.1, so you either need a version from git, or 0.5.0.  It's 
probably preferable to follow what is packaged. I will try not to have so 
long between releases now.
