I'll try and get around to fixing this problem. It should be noted that objects are drawn in ID order. Thus if you make the wormholes have the first lot of IDs they will be drawn under the other objects. BTW I liked your idea of having a "reinforcement" planet which just contains the amount of reinforcements you have available. Do you know about the "Resource" view (it can be selected by changing the menu on the toolbar), I think it would be useful to show it off in your screencasts. It can be used to show where the number of reinforcements are located.
