A minor clarification. Matt's JMX work is part of the monitoring project as proposed by Eugene. It is the ARM based work that targets the trace project.

Tracing and Profiling Team,
I would like to nominate Matthew Mings (IBM) as a lead committer in the TPTP Tracing and Profiling Tools Project. Matthew will replace myself as the lead committer for the Execution:Probe instances component. Matthew will be initially working on JMX instrumentation support (see enhancement https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=128731). Since I am nominating Matt as a lead committer, all of the lead committers of the project and the project lead (Christophe) are required to vote for this nomination. Please vote by February 22, 2006 @ 10 AM (EST) such that Chritophe can proceed for requesting PMC approval. Please vote by posting to the mailing list.
