HI Ye Liang,
The ICU support was added in TPTP V4.2.0 and requires the com.ibm.icu
plugin. You appear to be running the TPTP V4.2.0 monitoring examples on
TPTP V4.1.0 which is not a supported configuration. Is there a reason why
you are not running on TPTP V4.2.0?

Warnig msg is <TPTP Monitoring Project Examples(4.2.0.v200604070100)
requires plug-in "com.ibm.icu".>, but I didn't find it in TPTP4.1.0.
How to solve it, help!
