Hi Lei,
Looks like you've come across https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=162754 (feel free to add yourself to the CC list). There is a workaround for this problem. I'm attaching a modified version of EntryExit such that it pops up an applet allowing you to pause/resume data collection with Probekit. You should be able to use this to collect entry/exit information on only the operations you're interested in. Note that I used JDK 1.5 to create both the probe and the attached class.
Regards,

Hi, Navid,
When I use the Probekit of TPTP, I met some problems.
First, I create an EntryExit Probe for method, then I select the profile,
and select the "probe insertion", then
perform the Profile. I did not choose the "Automatically start monitoring
when application is launched", but when profile running, the probe results
are appearing in the Console, it records all the methods' Enter and Exit of
the Including Set of the filter. Actually, what I need is to record the
methods' of special feature(function of application), not all the methods.
Can I get it ?
Best Regards
