No, I do not have any security configuration.
The linux is:
Linux devserver 2.4.18-14 #1 Wed Sep 4 12:13:11 EDT 2002 i686 athlon
i386 GNU/Linux
(AFAIR it is RedHat)
I suspect kernel 2.4 (or some system libraries), because on 2.6 (my PC)
it works OK for same small test application.
