Hi Marcus,

To get a lifeline for each instance, you need to turn on the "Collect instance
level information option". Assuming you use TPTP 4.2 or later, do the following:
1. Go to the launch configuration of your application
2. In the Monitor tab, double click the "Execution time analysis" node, select
the "Show execution details" option, click the "Advanced>>" button and select
the "Collect instance level information" option.

HTH,
Asaf

Subject: [tptp-tracing-profiling-tools-dev] "Class/ Object Interaction" view
problem

Hi,

I want to generate a sequence diagram, which shows the communication between
objects, which are instances of the same class, in the "UML2 Class/ Object
Interaction" view. The problem is, that in both views ("Object Interaction" and
"Class Interaction") all method calls (between the objects) go to the same
lifeline. So it looks like the objects are communicating with themselves, and
not with the other instances of that class. Is there a way to draw one lifeline
for every instance (object) of one class?

Marcus
