Hi LeO, I assume that the "D:\cygwin..." path you see in the log file is just the name of the source file generating this log message, embedded during the build process. It has nothing to do with your execution environment, so don't worry about it.
The log file you sent is not detailed enough. Can you please edit the <AC install dir>\config\serviceconfig.xml file and update the following line: <Logging directory="%TPTP_AC_HOME%\config" format="CBE" level="INFORMATION"/> To <Logging directory="%TPTP_AC_HOME%\config" format="CBE" level="DEBUG"/> Then restart the AC, reproduce the problem and post the generated log file. Also, please post the JVMTI Profiler runtime configuration file located in <AC install dir>\plugins\org.eclipse.tptp.javaprofiler\config\pluginconfig.xml I really hope this will give me some clue as for what's going on. I really appreciate your cooperation, and hope you haven't given up on using our profile. Checking the log I wonder what the Cygwin means as executionEnvironment. Please note, that I have installed cygwin on my computer and THAT dir in this parameter does not exists at all. I.e. I have a Dir with 'D:\cygwin' but not one with 'D:\cygwin\home'. Does this help for any clues?
