Neil, We have not completed the Linux packaging for the agent controller. It is planned in the coming weeks.
The windows download should allow you to profile using the JVMTI profiler. There was an issue with using the Eclipse 3.3 version that has hence been resolved in the daily build. When I look at the "Product Configuration" for Eclipse it shows all of the TPTP plugins including te JVMTI profiler but there are no running options for using this profiler or Preferences for setting up the profiler. When I search through the agent controller directory I do not see the profiler plugins. I hope we can get this sorted sometime soon. The agent controller install does not appear to contain any of the profiler plugins. The TPTP plugins do not appear to install a profiler, there is nothing representing a profiler in the Run menu or Eclipse Preferences. My Product Configuration profile does show a "TPTP JVMTI Profiler" plugin within the "TPTP Platform Plugin" but this does not appear to give me any profiling functionality.
