All, As a result of the recent build issues and the fact that there are still features assigned to iteration 2 and not completed yet, TPTP PMC has decided to review and modify the scheduled plan for i2. Since we are part of the Europa train we'll have to work out a new plan which will allow us to deliver i2 on Aril 06, as planned. What we can change is the layout of the test pass
Please continue executing based on this updated plan. Let me know if you see any issues or have any concerns Proposed changes: 1. i2 TP1 will be moved out with one week; i2 TP1 will start on 03/26, with an end date of 04/04 ( 03/26 - 04/04 ) 2. i2 TP2 will be removed and replaced wih a two days window for fixing any blocking issues ( 04/04 - 04/06 ) 3. We'll drop to Europa M6 as planned on 04/06 It is critical for the successful execution of this plan to start TP1 on 03/26 with a smoke tested driver and no blocking issues. It is also critical to have the features still planned for i2 checked in CVS early next week, to leave room for smoke testing the function prior to the test pass. Since we'll have no TP2 we should aim for minimal if no changes to the driver during the TP1 cycle.
