Hi everybody, please note that translation verification and enablement test cases are due Friday 3/14 end of day, please make sure you check them into CVS by that date and send a notification note on the project mailing list. Each project lead has to ensure that this task is executed on time.
A couple of hints to consider before writing the tests: 1. Make sure you follow the guidelines specified in the documents pointed by the links: http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/process/test/tvt.html http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/process/test/enablement.html. 2. Make sure you provide detailed but easy to understand TVT test cases since TVT testers are not necessarily technical people. 3. Enablement test cases are functional test cases executed by technical testers so not too many details are required but sufficient for the tester to understand the flow of the test. 4. Write test cases only for delta function since 4.4. 5. Concentrate on providing good quality test cases so that the testing process runs smoother. 6. Check the test cases into CVS in the locations specified at http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/process/test/check_in_TVT_enablement.html .
