Hi Vishal,

With WTP plugins installed in your workspace, you can easily profile a web 
resource by selecting the "Profile" > "Profile On Server" option in the 
context menu to start a trace.
To read a trcxml file content, you should use "File" > "Import..." > 
"Profiling and Logging" > "Profiling File" option to import the resource 
and view the trace data with TPTP views.
