Since TPTP v4.6 (what used to be TPTP v4.5.3) is based on Eclipse 3.5 Galileo release and there are consumming products which still depend on TPTP v4.5.2 which is based on Eclipse 3.4.x, in today's PMC meeting, the PMC has agreed to create a TPTP v4.5.2.1 patch stream so that we have a vehicle to deliver critical fixes to consumming products. PMC approval is required for defects going into TPTP v4.5.2.1.
