Hi , This issue is solved , once we disabled firewall settings in the laptop , monitor tab shows all data collector and the profiling is working

Do you have any dangling Java process or corrupted Agent Controller process (ACService.exe) running on your machine. Try stop them before starting a new profiling session and see if that helps.
