Hi Erik, Does this happen on any other JVMs? Also can you clarify the OS you are running on?
With Linux IPF I am having no trouble with the command line you provided: [zombie]$ java -agentlib:JPIBootLoader=JPIAgent:server=enabled\;CGProf main.Zombie? Default configuration values for connection with AC are used. Note: Agent and AC should use same configuration for correct work. Zombie-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e^C [zombie]$ java -version java version "1.6.0_11" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_11-b0305) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0-b16, mixed mode) Only other difference I can see right now is I have an older JVM. Do you get any other interesting output pertaining to CGProxy if you add: -verbose:class to the command line? Feel free to open a Bugzilla with the information above and we can investigate further in there.
