A *lot* of people were running trunk for 0.10 features, it seems.  A lot
of people who shouldn't have been.

I'd personally love to see time-based releases, or at least
freeze-points.  That is, come Jan 1, 0.11 goes into feature freeze
regardless of any unmerged features that people haven't had time to work
on.
