I've posted this to the trac-users mailing list, and it's been discussed on this list, too: Akismet is currently reporting way too many false positives, and the problems have not yet gone away. I have done a complete overhaul of the SpamFilter plugin to improve the situation somewhat, and am currently working on a bayesian filter strategy based on SpamBayes, as well as other kinds of simple heuristics. In the meantime, you can post tickets if you go to the "Settings" screen and enter your name (email is not required).
