I think I might have some problems with the ip blacklisting strategy of
SPamFilter.
I'm on dynamic a IP at home and while trying to edit a wiki page as
anonymous(although I also don't trust logged in users, bad experience),
my IP got blacklisted:

But as you can test on http://www.rulesemporium.com/cgi-bin/uribl.cgi,
the IP 85.242.224.242 is not blacklisted on any of the above(besides
bsb.empty.us, sc.surbl.org). I even tried some of the server entries own
query tools, still not blacklisted.
Your IP given above doesn't appear on any of those blacklists at this
time. I just tested the IPBlacklistFilterStrategy with a mock request
with that IP and it doesn't reject it either. Maybe your IP was in the
process of being removed while you were testing which led to some weird
results.
