Suggestion: Would it be possible to remove the 'big red box' when a ticket is previewed - i.e. show it the first time the newticket page is rendered, but hide it when the ticket is previewed - and/or for authenticated users on t.e.o. ?
It takes quite a lot of space and on small screens it makes the preview/edit/verify cycle a bit boring.
