Well, as I said in my other mail, I don't think it's a good thing that immediately upon ticket creation, you see the preview of a "default" ticket. I've no particular problem if my other proposed alternative is not picked up (it was just an experiment / proof-of-concept), but I'd like that particular criticism to be taken into account.
