Trac supports 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5. While this is not strictly required for
plugins, we highly recommend that you follow this.

For anything big, I would start on trunk. No reason to develop something
on ClearSilver and then immediately port to Genshi.

Look at some existing plugin on trac-hacks. IRC (#trac on freenode) is a
good place to hang out if you have questions. I am on as coderanger at
strange hours, but generally in line with UTC-4.
