No, besides the design explained in the GenericTrac page. This will be the next big thing for 0.12, together with the nth VcRefactoring which will also make some heavy use of this specific refactoring as well (changeset and source files commenting and properties, "repository" as first class resources with a description). "Anything" with a wiki description would benefit from having the "standard" way of editing (edit/review/preview/save, diffs and history of changes).
