Noah Kantrowitz is currently doing a very good job on the bulk ticket editor (aka ticket ninja), which will no doubt be (another ;-) ) killer feature of 0.11. In the meantime I'd like him to get commit privileges on trunk as well, so he can check-in general purposes fixes directly as he sees fit (#2409 in mind).
