Agreed.  I've been working towards that on the sandbox/testing branch since I 
need to be able to deploy 0.11 here.

On the Testing branch, I'm trying to increase the test coverage, but also, I 
don't merge changes to that branch unless they pass all existing unittests 
and the functional tests.  The testing branch is a long way from being 
something I'd include in trunk though.  (For one thing, it's much too ad-hoc 
at the moment.  It should probably be folded into the unittest framework, but 
I haven't tackled that yet.)
