Personally, speaking with a professional technical writing hat on, wiki pages
are one of the worst possible formats to write documentation in.

It is nice for quick notes, highlights, and that sort of thing, but there is
very little that can thus far replace normal well-written documentation for
the simple matter that most wikis fall into the "hyperlink to hell" trap.
