Besides those tickets, there were recently (*) a bunch of other 0.11 
tickets that were switched to 0.11.1, and I don't think all of those 
switches were valid ones. There's also TracDev/ToDo that might be 
interesting reading (though I've been the only developer to document it 
so far). Finally, looking back in the trac-dev archive will show you 
that the 0.11 release date and schedule was a recurring topic in the 
last year. Let's hope it won't be one for the next year as well...

As one can imagine, I really would like to contribute a bit more to the 
advancement of the project than I currently do, but as anyone, I'm 
having a variable amount of "free" time, which happens to be in the 
lowest those days... In case anyone feels being blocked by something 
I've not done yet, please feel free to point me to what you'd like to 
see me working on first.
