One of the reasons I am thinking of giving up on MoinMoin or TracWiki
is that once document become long, it is not practical to ask new
comers to edit the long long wiki page.  Long wiki text inside frame
can't be searched so most of my coworkers just give up on adding new
material or correcting the mistake.

Can TracWiki correct this problem(IMHO), see R1 for how mediawiki put
"edit" beside each sections.
