Hello. Introduction: We started using trac a few months ago and really like the product. We recently updated to 0.11 because we need workflow. I haven't been involved with open source projects before but would like to get involved. I am not a python programmer but can learn.
I have several states defined for our process and am now looking for a way to get a quick overview of the ticket states for a particular milestone. I updated my local copy of trac to include the Status in the "ticket status by" area of the milestone view. After testing, I am not sure that I like the way it looks. Perhaps the problem is that the status values are in alphabetical order instead of in "process order". Or perhaps the problem is that all of my bars are white except for closed which is green. Have you tried this before? Any other ideas? ALSO: Is there an editor that works well for python? JEdit is not correctly colorizing the trac code for some reason.
