I asked this on IRC last night but no-one was about so just sending it
to the ML now :)

Hi quick question about workflow.... Say I've got a plugin that
manipulates ticket states, should it honour the workflow and modify
the ticket in stages to get the desired state, or is it acceptable to
just horse it into the correct state in one go?

e.g. if a ticket is reopened, should it be changed to assigned prior
to accepted, or can it just go straight form reopened to accepted?

Anyone know?
