The plugin itself is not public release, and my modifications are just
as proprietary as his original; I stumbled on it while searching
Google for Trac goodies, and got my feet wet with some Python.

TracProjectTab is part of the TracMods project:
  http://svn.geophysik.uni-muenchen.de/trac/tracmods

The developer is a great guy; I shared some of my customizations/ideas
with him. Eventually, it may be hosted at Trac-Hacks.org, but that's
up to Robert. Remember, you'll have to modify source and rebuild the
egg to suit your environment; no warranty, express or implied, etc. ;)
