You mean aside from i18n/l10n, sqlalchemy, multiple repository?

http://trac.edgewall.org/milestone/0.12 already gives a lot changes that
will overhaul the code base. I wouldn't want to push much more in in order
to keep the release time shorter than 0.11's.
