I couldn't help thinking of an App Engine port of Trac, and what that would look like.
- update versioncontrol to work via http(s) - move config, attachments, and of course DB to storage model/adapter (could be useful now, or maybe YAGNI) - Paths will change And then you could host 1m+ users on Trac.
