when reading http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/31 and the harsh
criticism i was wondering if not doing regular releases finally kills
trac.

is there any special reason why not releasing a next version or
release candidate? i mean you won't get so much more users and bug
reports before 0.11 is really out.

rupert.
