t.e.o uses very few though, so it would be a very minimal list. For  
example, AccountManager should be on any list of important plugins,  
but *.e.o don't need registration and users are added infrequently  
enough that we do it by hand. I like the spirit of the idea, but I  
think it will just lead to more confusion.
