Hi,currently you can save a ticket only once per second due to the db schema (ticket_changes for example has a compound primary key '(ticket, time, field)').
More and more people getting problems with that in different situations (e.g. commit hooks, unit tests, ...) so I think it would be good to change it.
Obviously this would be a quite radical change so nothing to be done lightly. However before even attempting to change stuff I would like to know from some 'core devs' if would actually consider integrating such a change...
